RE series crossed roller bearing for high precision applications
In crossed roller bearings, the crossed roller bearings are capable of withstanding radial load, axial load and moment load because the cylindrical rollers are arranged perpendicularly to each other on the V-shaped groove rolling surface of 900 by an isolating block Direction of the load. Rotation accuracy: the bearings are arranged vertically between the rollers with isolation block, to prevent the roller tilt and the friction between the rollers, reducing the torque. Also, since the inner ring or the outer ring is a two-segmented structure, the bearing clearance can be adjusted to smoothly rotate with high precision even when the preload is applied.
