1. The overall structure of the mould is compact and precise, and the material of the template is P20.

2. The moulding parts (core, cavity and lip) are all made of S136 forged parts with HRC over 48.

3. Hot nozzle adopts HUSKY structure, straight feeding type, smooth flow channel, smooth with the valve needle, high hole precision (within 0.004mm), surface hardness between HRC68-72, hot nozzle material is BO beryllium copper, HRC more than 35.

4. Hot runner: hot runner parts are made of SKD61 high strength temperature resistant material, HRC more than 30.

5. Interchangeability: Good CNC machining equipment to ensure that all cavities and mould cores are interchangeable.
