ZLJ vertical submerged slurry pump is a patent product of Zigong Pump, which adopts a stirring impeller at the pump inlet to solve the problem of quick sedimentation of medium. Adopts a stirring impeller at the pump inlet to solve the problem of quick sedimentation of medium.
Cantilever and double-bracket structure, increases the reliability and stability during operation.
Slow speed and low linear speed design for heavy slurries to reduce the abrasion.
Different anti-abrasive materials for various applications.
Especially suitable for pumping the fluids with quick sedimentation solids.
Structure

Single casing structure, casing is connected to the connecting pipe, and connecting pipe is connected to the bearing housing, and bearing housing is connected to the baseplate.
Cylinder type bearing housing with rolling bearings.
Restrictor seal without external flushing water.
Transmission: Direct coupled, variable frequency drive.
Material of flow passage components based on pumped medium: Cr26 wear-resistant material, or Cr30, CD4MCu wear-resistant and anti-corrosion material, and other general wear-resistant material, such as gray cast iron 200, Z-1#, C-15, ZG40Mn2.
Material of outlet pipe, base etc. parts: Q235-A.
