How does an electro-proportional pressure controlvalve work?
The proportional pressure valveconsists of a proportional solenoid, a spool, and various ports for fluid flow. The electrical input signal sent to the proportional solenoid controls the force applied to the spool. The spool, in turn, modulates the fluid flow through the valve, thus regulating the pressure in the system. By adjusting the electrical signal, the valve can accurately and proportionally control the pressure within a specified range.
