Design of High Performance Butterfly Valve
The high performance butterfly valve features a double eccentric design with a spherical sealing surface and a single-piece flexible lip seal seat, making it ideal for applications requiring reliable sealing and precise flow regulation. The double eccentricity ensures tight sealing and extended service life, allowing the valve to efficiently cut off or regulate flow. Its design offers excellent sealing performance, durability, and the ability to operate quickly and effectively in various conditions.
Features of High Performance Butterfly Valve
The high performance butterfly valve offers optional uni-directional and bi-directional flow configurations.
Both soft and metal seats are available, with soft seat options including Teflon, RPTFE, and PTFE, while the metal-to-metal seat ensures durability. The seat is replaceable, providing flexibility for various applications.
The valve is self-compensating for wear and temperature changes, while the seat energizer is fully isolated by a PTFE envelope for enhanced performance.
Additionally, cavity design is minimized to prevent the ingress of particulates, ensuring reliable operation.
