The electroplated CBN grinding wheel is specially designed for band saw grinding. The cbn grinding wheels for bandsaw blades with the steel substrate achieves high precision and ensures high quality tooth shape.
Mainly used CBN grinding wheel for band saw:
WM files, Wood-Mizer, Fenes, Rolling mills, Dakin-Flathers Ripper 37 (22 mm, 19 mm), Lenox, Lenox Woodmaster C, Munkfors, Swamp, Armoth, Hakansson Ro-Ma, Wintersteiger etc.
Different grinding wheel profiles for all kinds of wood and seasons:
10/30 - universal grinding wheel profile. 9/29 – CBN sharpening wheel for the band saw that is suitable for winter cutting, or cut hardwood. 13/29 - CBN sharpening wheel for the band saw that is suitable for softwood cutting. 4/32 - CBN sharpening wheel for the band saw that is suitable for very frozen and hard wood cutting. 7/34- CBN sharpening wheel for the band saw that is suitable for hardwood.
