Brown Fused Alumina is a very refractory, hard and chemically resistant material. It is produced by the smelting of Calcined Bauxite, coke and scrap iron in an electric arc furnace in high temperatures.
It has high hardness and great toughness, grinding force is powerful, high temperature resistant, making it applied to the abrasive high-tensil strength high metal and grinding various general steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, general malleable green steel, also as senior refractory materials, widely used in steel, chemical and other industries.
