Bag plastic plug-in fatigue testing machine
Product Introduction:
The machine operates under the technical standard QBT 5247-2018, ensuring that it meets industry requirements for testing. It features two sets of sample clips that securely hold the upper part of the socket while simulating the opening and closing actions of the latch. The adjustable movement frequency allows for precise testing, with options to set the frequency to approximately 25 times per minute and select the number of tests to be conducted, ranging from 1000 to 3000 cycles.
Equipped with a counter, the machine records the number of opening and closing cycles, providing valuable data on the performance of the tested samples. Additionally, it includes a control device that automatically stops the test if any abnormalities are detected, ensuring safety and reliability during operation. The machine also features a memory function to retain important test data for future reference.

It is composed of two sets of left and right sample clips. The left sample clip fixes the upper part of the socket and periodically presses the clip of the latch (left and right clip or upper and lower clip)。 The right sample clip matches with each other to make the upper and lower parts of the latch open and close horizontally, and the movement frequency is adjustable.

Test method
1. Fix the sample to the sample fixing device
2. set the frequency (about 25) times /min, select a number of tests: 1000 times, 2000 times, 3000 times. Or according to the specified frequency, number of tests.
3. Open the testing machine until the end of the test
4. the expression of the result: record the test opening and closing times and the sample normal or change, damage.
