Stain resistance tester for architectural coatings
Product Introduction:
The interior wall coating in architectural coatings is often polluted by some pollution from daily necessities, people often use some neutral detergent to scrub the coating to remove stains, so the coating with good stain resistance is more and more popular.
Architectural coating stain resistance tester is designed and manufactured according to the latest national standard GB/T9780-2013 "Architectural coating stain resistance test method" : The coating stain resistance is evaluated by removing film stain removal rate, using stains as pollution sources, and attached to the coating test board by dip cleaning method or scrape coating method. The pollution resistance test is carried out with specified loads and times. The stain resistance of coated and coated test plates was evaluated by measuring the change of reflection coefficient before and after the test.
This instrument is mainly used to evaluate the antifouling ability of building interior wall coatings after adhesion to primary domestic pollution and scrubbing with neutral detergent. The main purpose is to evaluate the ability of building paint department to resist common domestic pollution. At the same time, the setting and counting of the number of scrubbing resistance of the instrument are displayed by the LCD screen, so that the whole test process is clearer and the operator is more convenient.
