Toilet Corrosion Test Chamber (HCl and Ammonia)
Product Description:
Toilet seat hydrochloric acid and ammonia corrosion tester is used for testing to evaluate the ability of toilet seat products to provide adequate rust protection against detergents and urine.
The test chamber by simulating ammonia components, hydrochloric acid solvent body, medium on the toilet electrical components or other inorganic cover layer in condensation conditions of corrosion test. The test chamber is electronic toilet sampling and testing of product quality supervision and inspection institute 3 testing organizations and toilet manufacturers of essential test equipment.

The conformity of the tested samples of toilet bowls is checked by the following tests:
The following tests are carried out on the samples of the toilet bowls, except for the case where the electrical components are closed or where it is not possible for them to be exposed to contaminated environments. The toilet samples shall be exposed to ammonia gas volume fraction of (0.055% by 0.005%) at room air pressure for 96 h.
Then the toilet samples shall be exposed to hydrochloric acid volume fraction of (0.0005% by 0.0002%) at room air pressure for 96 h. The toilet samples shall not show any damages that lead to the non-compliance with the requirements of the GB/T 4706.53-2024 standard after the test.
