Boer disposable auto-shield trocar in laparoscopyis also know as endoscopic bladed trocar or safety-tip trocar. It has a sharpe knife inside the Obturator. When puncturation, the knife will cut the abdominal wall, and when the bariatric trocarreaches inside the abdominal wall, the kinfe will auto-returend to the cannula tube to avoid injurying other organs.
