Boiler Slag Removal System
The slag well is mainly used for the transition connection between the boiler and the slag dryer. When the slag dryer is in normal operation, it is in the shape of a conical funnel. When the slag dryer is in an accident state, the hydraulic shut-off door at the bottom is closed to form a conical container to store a certain amount of slag.

Structure of Boiler Slag Removal System
The slag well is equipped with manhole doors, peep holes, coke holes, inspection holes, walkways and escalators. The upper part of the slag well is connected with the water sealing plate of the lower header of the boiler, and the lower part is connected with the shut-off door of the slag well, and the supplier ensures that the bottom of the furnace is sealed. The lining of the slag well has impact resistance and has a lifespan of not less than 100,000 hours.
Application of Boiler Slag Removal System
The main function is to store ash during slag machine accidents or maintenance; when the slag machine is in normal operation, the slag well is the channel for slag dropping.
Usage Instruction for Boiler Slag Removal System
The slag well has a storage capacity of not less than 4 hours of slag discharge under the MCR condition. The slag well is usually supported by an independent support type. When an independent support type is used, there should be enough space for the lower slag fishing machine to be pulled out horizontally for maintenance. The slag well water seal tank can effectively absorb the vertical and horizontal expansion of the boiler water wall, and the water seal tank is provided with flushing and sewage measures. When the suspended installation is adopted, there is no water sealing groove, but the expansion of the boiler is absorbed by the lower equipment. The water sealing groove of the slag well is arranged around the slag well, and the water level in the tank and the sealing of the slag hopper are maintained by the continuously overflowing sealing water, and a cooling water spray device is arranged in the slag well.
