GentleCut high speed plasma cutting machine
- Gentle Cut Advantages and Characters:
- High Performance and Smooth, Clean Cuts. Cutting mouth is small, tidy, no dregs phenomenon, avoiding secondary finishing process
- Unitized design with screw-type level pads ensures quick and easy installation.
- The deep design of the table with rear exhaust allows maximum fume extraction.
- This rigid structure and accompanying rack and pinion drive system support rapid traverse speeds of 1400 inches per minute while maintaining required accuracies at cutting speeds.
- The GentleCut Machine is available with a high-speed model "H" motorized torch lifter or a pneumatic floating head. The motorized torch lifter version comes with initial height sensing and utilizes arc voltage feed back position control. The floating head version is recommended for light gauge only applications.
- The GentleCut can match the Hypertherm Plasma power source such as HPR130XD、HPR260XD.
