Copper Water Cooling Plate
Copper and its alloys are often used as heat dissipation materials because of their excellent thermal conductivity. Aluminum and its alloys also have excellent heat dissipation performance. Dissimilar material welding between copper and aluminum often occurs. Friction stir welding technology can not only weld copper and aluminum and their alloys, but also weld copper and aluminum. Compared with traditional welding, Friction stir welding has many advantages, such as non melting, automation, intelligence, environmental friendliness and integration. At present, this technology has been widely used in the welding of copper alloy water-cooled parts.
