Product features: Hydrocyclone is a pulp grading apparatus by using centrifugal force. It has no movement, power components, so it requires corresponding mud pump to support. In the mineral processing industry, it is mainly used for classification, separation, concentration and dehydration. Hydrocyclone equipment has a low cost,is easy to install and remove,is convenient for maintenance, has a small occupation of land and low construction cost. Its capacity per unit volume is big. It has fine granularity, and high classification efficiency.The direct-current amount and time of pulp in the cyclone is less, so it is easy to deal with the pulp. The machine has high classification efficiency. It is used in grinding circuit to grade pulp. It usually choose parallel combined unit. Classification of fineness and processing capacity is greatly influenced by the diameter of the upper cylinder, the entrance pressure and slurry concentration, so the process fluctuation is big.
