As its name implies, coal slime dryer is a kind of machine to dry materials like coal slime and sludge, etc. If you in the field of mining, ore beneficiation, construction materials and chemical engineering, coal slime dyer must be a good helper for you. Discharging process is of high importance for the working process ofcoal slime dryer. The role of discharging finished products is mainly finished under the help of specialized device. The following contents mainly discusses about the reciprocating discharging device.
Reciprocating discharging device is classified into three types: derrick type, strut type and roller type. Several baffles and openings are installed orderly on the discharging plate ofsludge dryer, which are in consistent with the discharging mouth. The movement of discharging plate may cause the clearance changes between baffles and discharging mouth. The finished products are discharged out from changeable clearances.
The advantages of reciprocating discharging device are free sliding, no extrusion and no crushing during the discharging process of coal slime dryer. However, the reciprocating discharging device is not available for large or medium sized coal slime dryers. Since if the discharging plate is too long, it is hard to realize horizontal movement. What’s worse, the discharging speed of coal slime dryer would be different and the unevenness of dried products would be out of limits.
