Purpose and characteristics:
The machine can complete multi-color printing, die cutting, wire pressing and slotting. On the basis of similar products, more humanized electrical automation design is adopted to deepen the processing technology, so as to make the whole machine run more stably, with low noise, high efficiency and long service life. It also has the characteristics of high overprint accuracy, clear printing, compact structure and simple operation.
The shafts of all parts are subject to dynamic balance and balance correction.
It adopts adsorption leading edge paper feeding and double rubber shaft paper feeding to ensure the strength and paper feeding accuracy of paperboard corrugation. Generally, warped paperboard and thin plate can be smoothly fed into the machine. It has a separate paper feeding mode and automatic counting.
Pneumatic ink supply, pneumatic plate lifting, automatic ink leveling and plate hanging device in the printing department.
The plate free die-cutting device can complete the grooving forming of the conventional box amount without plate making.
360 degree CNC phase adjustment of each unit, which can be operated at startup and shutdown.
The unit is electrically split, pneumatically locked, and automatically brakes in circumferential direction when split.
The whole machine has 40 chrome steel helical gears, fine milling, heat treatment, cross slider transmission and keyless ring connection.
