“ZY-DN20, ZY-DN25 no reflection plate ultrasonic heat meter” technique characters
(1) The flow sensor is no reflection structure using measurement pipe inwall refection
(2) The flow meter sensor pipe without reflection plate support and beam pieces is totally straight through, no blocking, no wear.
(3) The flow meter sensor pipe without any internal part which removes the obstructions to water flow caused by the reflection plate, reflection plate support and beam pieces of traditional base meter, low pressure loss, reduces pressure loss of the heating distribution system.
(4) Adopting dual power supply technology of built-in battery and external remote communication system power supply reduces the remote communication effects on built-in battery life.
(5) Both the flow sensor pipe inwall and the transducer surface adopt metal chemical anti-fouling design and dispose to ensure the ultrasonic signal intensity.
(6) Features empty pipe detection(enters into dormant state out of heating period) and automatic wake-up function.
(7) The processor uses MSP430 dedicated chip of American TI company, ultra-low power consumption, modular function, less peripheral circuit.
(8) The ultrasonic sensor dedicated detection chip adopts TDC-GP2/GP21 of Germany ACAM company, with high precision metering accuracy.
(9) Adopting integrated low power consumption circuit design prolongs the battery working life with theoretic working life over 10 years.
(10) The high precision PT1000 platinum resistance pair temperature sensor adopting Germany temperature-sensing element and Korea production technology satisfies the metering accuracy requirements.
