Double-station Vertical Quenching Machine SeriesThis machine adopts double-station vertical type,Website:, which can be workpiece moving or inductor moving. The machine is provided with continuous quenching, simultaneous quenching, sectional continuous quenching, and sectional simultaneous quenching functions, applicable to surface induction quenching of  universal joints, crankshaft, camshaft and small diameter disc type mechanical parts. It is controlled by CNC system and special parameter management monitoring and recording system is optional. It is equipped with digital transistor induction heating power supply and humanized control system, and the machine can be applied for the single and batch parts production.
