Form the circuit with the positive polar of electrosurgical cautery machine, usually work as negative polar with ESU pencil in electrosurgery cutting and coagulation. If grounding pad is used improperly, it may cause electric burning or pressure necrosis. To ensure the safety of patient, cautiously operate according to the instructions.
