产品介绍
氯离子是诱发钢筋锈蚀的重要因素，为了避免钢筋过早锈蚀，混凝土原材料中氯离子含量的控制相当严格。我国相关规范明确要求混凝土在选配砂子、骨料、水泥、外加剂、拌和水等混凝土原材料的时候，必须进行氯离子含量的测试，从根本上避免将过量氯离子带入混凝土中。结构混凝土中氯离子含量的测试，对于结构安全性的评估起到很大的作用，同时为旧结构的改造和修补提供极具参考价值的依据。
本仪器遵循《混凝土结构耐久性设计规范》GB/T 50476-2008、《海砂混凝土应用技术规范》JGJ206-2010、《水运工程混凝土试验规程》JTJ 270-98等相关标准制造，采用离子选择电极法(Ion Selective Electrode, ISE法)，通过配备的专业软件及化学抗干扰试剂在室温下快速测定混凝土、砂石子、水泥、拌合水等无机材料的水溶性氯离子含量，从而达到防控混凝土钢筋发生过早腐蚀的目的。本仪器重量轻，机身小巧，便于用户携带，适合现场检测。氯离子浓度量测范围10-5～10-1 M（mol/L）或0.0001%~30.00%。

测试对象：海砂、普通砂、新拌混凝土、硬质混凝土、水泥、石子、外加剂、混凝土拌合水及其他水溶性氯离子。
检测原理
NJCL-C型氯离子含量快速测定仪，采用离子选择电极法（ion selective electrode,ISE）ISE法,快速测定混凝土、砂石子、外加剂等水溶性物质的氯离子含量。氯离子浓度量测范围10-5～10-1 M（mol•L-1）mol/L或0.0001%～30.00%。设备操作简便，可用于现场检测，数据准确快速，全自动数据处理。
