Purity Analysis System
Production:
The cleanliness analysis system fully complies with the requirements of standards such as VDA19.1 - 2015. ISO16232. ISO4406. ISO4407. QV11111. as well as customer - defined standards. It adopts optical polarization technology and an automatic polarization device. Through a single scan, it can determine the metallic luster reflection properties of all contaminants on the entire filter membrane. Meanwhile, according to the morphological definition of fibers in VDA19.1 (stretching length; maximum inscribed circle diameter > 20. maximum inscribed circle diameter ≤ 50 micrometers), it can automatically complete the classification and size measurement of the following four types of particles within a few minutes: reflective particles, reflective fibers, non - reflective particles, and non - reflective fibers.
