On column several openings are made for overhaul and repairing. At front and rear sides of column the guiding track is welded up, after heat treatment the guiding track is to be machined. At the top of column the water cooled frame is connected with electrode arm with insulating parts. The cross section of the lifting column is rhombus for holding arm firmly.
