Titanium carbide guide wheel - durable type

After its surface is polished, the roughness is as low as Ra0.01μm, which can reduce the friction damage of the wire and increase the breaking strength of the metal wire by 10%. In the production of automotive brake cables, the stable guidance of the guide wheels can ensure the uniform tension of the brake cables and avoid the risk of breakage during use. Compared with ceramic guide wheels, this type of guide wheel has better toughness and is less likely to break due to minor collisions, reducing the frequency of replacement. Its service life is 2 to 3 times that of ceramic guide wheels. In the production of steel cord, a set of guide wheels can produce over 1,000 tons of cord, while ceramic guide wheels can only produce 300 to 500 tons. The cost-performance advantage of guide wheels has enabled them to be widely used in the tire industry, helping to enhance the wear resistance and safety of tires.
