Highly wear-resistant titanium carbide hard alloy drum
The installation holes of the guide wheel have high precision and the clearance between it and the shaft can be controlled within 0.005 - 0.01mm, ensuring no shaking during rotation and improving the guiding accuracy. Its maintenance cost is low, requiring no frequent lubrication. It only needs regular cleaning of surface impurities. It is suitable for continuous operation of automated production lines. In the production of metal wire mesh, the guide wheel can ensure the uniformity of the mesh holes, with an error of no more than 5%, meeting the strict requirements of filtration materials. The dynamic balance accuracy of the guide wheel reaches G0.4 level. During high-speed rotation, the vibration amplitude is less than 0.01mm, which can reduce the vibration noise of the equipment and improve the working environment of the workshop. Its chemical stability is good, and it will not undergo chemical reactions with metal wire materials, avoiding contamination or discoloration on the surface of the wire materials. In the production of precious metal wire materials (such as gold wire and silver wire), the clean surface of the guide wheel can prevent the loss of precious metals and reduce production costs.
