Strong bonding not easy to peel off the carbide guide wheel
Carbide titanium carbide guide wheel is the key guiding parts in the production of wire and pipe, which is made of high purity titanium carbide and cobalt bonding phase sintered by powder metallurgy, with surface hardness as high as HRC88, and abrasion resistance is more than 50 times that of steel guide wheel. Its roundness error is controlled within 0.002mm, ensuring that the wire in high-speed drawing (speed up to 100m/s) when running smoothly to avoid jitter or offset. In the production of stainless steel wire, the use of the guide wheel can make the wire surface roughness from Ra1.6μm to Ra0.4μm, significantly improving product quality.
