Titanium carbide powder with low impurity content
Titanium carbide powder has excellent chemical stability, insoluble in water, hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid and other common acids and alkalis, only in hydrofluoric acid and hot concentrated sulphuric acid slow corrosion, suitable for the production of corrosion-resistant coating materials. By spraying it on the metal surface through thermal spraying process, it can form a wear-resistant coating with a thickness of 50-200μm, which extends the service life of the parts by 5-10 times. The oxygen content of the powder is less than 0.1%, which can reduce the oxidation reaction in the sintering process and ensure the mechanical properties of the products. In oil drilling equipment, the coated drill bits prepared with this powder can withstand the high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environment downhole.
