Standard PTFE Coated Glass Fibercontain a higher level of PTFE coating which makes it a more durable, superor smooth suface, quicker release, chemical resistant and low friction coefficient. lt's soft, wear-resist and tear-resistant, has good color, has excellent waterproof, breathable and windproof effects, long duraility, andthe surface of the fabric is treated with water repellent.
The main property of standard ptfe coated glass fiberis a glossy surface which will help to create a smoth surface of the finished product after heat pressing.
Typical appications of standard ptfe coated fiberglass fabricinclude a release sheet for the laminatig process, a protective sheet for hot sealng, a nonstick sheet forcooking and baking and where need very quick release under high temperature.
