cutting machine, edge sealing machine, packaging machine, finished products stacking machine. These machines can be installed as one line or separate. If you want to start this project,you will need materials such as gypsum board,PVC film, Aluminum Foil, Glue, tape.
The capacity is 6 million sqm(24 hours per day, 300 days per year.) The finished PVC gypsum ceiling tile is made of paper-faced gypsum board with a layer of PVC on surface and aluminum foil on its back. It is a environmental friendly, light weight, fireproof, waterproof and corrosion-resistant decorative ceiling board. It can be widely used in high fireproof and waterproof requirement environment, such as hotel, hospital, school, house and factory etc.
