One is done when the mylar is multi extruded. Another is done with chemical treatment by ourselves when coating the polyester film with the EVA. The former way is more costive than the latter.As for operation method, it is same as the glossy lamination pouches film.Thickness range can be from 60micron (2.4mil) to 250micron (10.0mil) and size range from 54mm*86mm to A2 (426mm*600mm).Customized thickness combination and sizes are available and welcome.
