Dyeing technology:
Usually we use continuous dye for cotton uniform fabric.the production process: grey fabric - singeing-desizing - mercerize - preshrunk - dyeing - after treatment-quality testing - packing. Cotton uniform all adopt the reactive dyes, high color fastness, environmental and good to skin.Strict quality inspection process to ensure that every meter of fabric meets customer requirements.
Printing technology:
Greyfabric-singeing-desizing-mercerize-preshrunk-drying-printing-after treatment-quality testing-packing.Same as dyeing,print also use reactive dyes to ensure the color fastness and color saturation.
Feature of cotton fabric:
