Performance:
-7PPD is an excellent antioxidant and anti-ozonant, which can give rubber materials excellent anti-ozone, anti-fatigue and anti-flex properties;
-7PPD has better antioxidant properties than ordinary quinoline and amine antioxidants;
-7PPD It has a certain protective effect on the catalytic oxidation of variable-valence metals such as copper and manganese;
-7PPD has a good long-term protective effect, better compatibility with rubber, low pollution and low volatility.
Application:
-7PPD is a general antioxidant and antiozonant, suitable for rubber formulations of natural rubber and synthetic rubber;
-7PPD can be used in tires, conveyor belts, hoses, cables, etc., rubber products that require dynamic and static anti-oxidation and anti-ozone protection;
-7PPD 7PPD has a stabilizing effect on many solution and emulsion polymers;
In the production of styrene monomer, p-methylstyrene, divinylbenzene and acrylates, 7PPD can be used as an inhibitor.
