　　The group covers an area of 800,000 square meters, including 128,000 square meters workshops. The group have 1 ERW steel pipe production line, 8 flying-welding submerged arc spiral steel pipe production lines, 1 hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production line and 1 heat treatment production line. The main productions are SSAW, ERW and seamless steel pipe.Pipe varieties include: long term land transportation pipe, seabed oil transportation spiral pipe, gas transportation ERW and SSAW pipe, casing and coupling pipe, oil pipeline pipe, oil cracking tubes, high pressure boiler tube, cylinder tube, high pressure chemical fertilizer pipe, hydraulic pillar tube, automobile axle tube.The application fields of our products are in petroleum, natural gas, aerospace, shipbuilding, coal, chemicals, automobile manufacturing, etc. Our Pipes have been used in many national Large-scale key projects, such as CNPC, CSIC,South-to-North water diversion, West-East Gas Transmission, Henan Luoyang Xiaolangdi, Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, ect. Our quality products are widely welcomed and highly applauded by both domestic and international customers. 　　The group has a total annual production capacity of 950,000 metric ton and a total production value of 6.1 billion, with 600,000 metric ton SSAW pipe, OD 219- 2220mm, Thickness 4.5mm-25.4mm, steel grade Q235-X100; 100,000 metric ton ERW pipe, OD 159mm-406mm, Thickness 6mm-14mm, steel grade Q235-X60; and 250,000 metric ton Precision seamless steel pipe, OD 133mm-508mm, Thickness 5mm-35mm, steel grade 20#-N8-J55-P110. The capacity of heat treatment production line is 120,000 metric ton.(80,000 metric ton only for linepipe) Xinyuantai steel pipe group is one of the few professional companies in all the fields of ERW, SSAW,seamless pipe and heat treatment in China.
