Introduction and History: Established in September of 2003, with less than 200 employees, the Howell International Electronic Co., Ltd as a new company entered into CCTV products’ market, products range from DVR cards, DVR, CCD camera to all the relative accessories for CCTV system. Today, the Howell International Electronic Co., Ltd is a 6-year old business specializing in DVR cards with more than 100 employees of head office and branch office in different cities of China. “HAWELL Security” and “HAWELL” brand is being known by more and more customers worldwide. Seek development, keep leading position During the short three years, the Howell International Electronic Co., Ltd chanced its public image from “a follower “to “a leader”, especially in DVR cards field. In August of 2005, HAWELL DVR card with Philip chipset launched the market. About four months later, the similar DVR cards were found in local and overseas market, some of them are using software with “HAWELL” logo In 2006, HAWELL DVR card with TI chipset in RED color launched the market, they are the first 6 channels, 12 channels DVR card in the world. Because their attractive color and unique channels number, local and overseas market remember them and have a good feedback on them. II. Future No stop forever, be after perfect With above successful experience, Howell International Electronic Co., Ltd is focusing on DVR card development, including hardware and software of DVR card. Meeting each of our potential customers’ requests is our development power. Our software development staff will study all popular software in the market, and take the advantage of popular software with customer’s special demand of function into consideration; our hardware development staff will pay attention to the newest technology of computer and its accessories, and search an excellent solution to increase the compatibility of DVR cards with upgraded pc configuration. As Howell International Electronic Co., Ltd enters the new millennium, improvement will always remain a priority. Our products will continue to be scrutinized to insure the highest quality. Improving the integration between the quality control, the designing, and the manufacturing departments is a continual effort. As workers in the factories are trained to be more professional, this efficiency will naturally increase. We plan to set up a continuous, annual, quality promoting program for IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In process quality control), and QR (Quality Reassurance).
