Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the inner surfaces into tension. In consequence, the impact applied to the glass will be overcome by the compressive stress on the surfaces to assure safety of use.●Fully tempered glass has typically five to six times the strength of annealed glass with the same thickness. ●If broken, tempered glass is reduced to small blunt edged particles that are relatively harmless to human bodies.●MIGO tempered glass is fully tempered as per CCC , EN12150 and ASTMC1048.●Cutting, edge grinding, hole drilling are all done using CNC machines and must be done prior to tempering.MIGO tempered glass can meet various glass shower doors (sliding, swing, folding etc. ), enclosures or screens. Whether it’s clear or frosted glass, flat or curved, in regular or irregular shapes, all is available on request.
