27SiMn Alloy Seamless Steel Pipe
27SiMn steel pipes are widely used in automobile, petroleum, chemical and shipping industries. 27SiMn steel pipe is normalized and tempered, and coated with phosphate inside and outside. This steel pipe is mainly used in the quenched and tempered state to manufacture hot stamping parts (hydraulic parts) requiring high toughness and wear resistance, and hot stamping parts requiring high toughness and wear resistance.
27SiMn seamless steel pipe has high hardenability, the critical hardenability diameter in water is 8~22mm, good machinability, medium cold deformation plasticity and weldability; In addition, the toughness of the steel pipe is not much reduced during heat treatment, but it has quite high strength and wear resistance, especially in water quenching.
