1. Type and scope
This concrete batching plant adopt double shafts mixer JS750A as main machine, and PL1200 batching device as dosing mechanism, SNC50A cement silo and LSJ20F screw conveyor as storage and conveying mechanism. It is suitable for medium size construction sites, power stations, irrigations, highways, airfields, bridges, and medium size factories producing concrete prefabricated parts. It can mix various kinds of concrete and mortar.

1. Equipped with electric measure scales
2. Equipped with the dust collective device, which is of environmental protection
3. Equipped with the dust collector on the top of the power material bin, which can discharge clean air.
4. Low cost, easy mobile and small occupation area
5. With compacted structure of modular organization, which can meet the requirements of the container transport and it is convenient for transport and quick installation disassembly.
6. Equipped with Japanese SMC cylinder, which is with low failure rate and long service life
7. The main electrical components are from the Schneider electric company.
8. The screw conveyor can adopt the WAM products.
9. Can match the freeze drying machine ( to be booked separately), thus top ensure the gas system reliable operation in winter.
10. It can be manually controlled or automatically controlled
11. The microcomputer control system is display screen, automatically equalize the fall and distributing ratio storage and also can manage store and print data.
12. Being a important concrete equipment, this E series shortcut containerized concrete mixing plant is popularly used in the construction of medium-size building project, water and electricity project, roads and other projects.

● Processing the weight Calibration/Measurement according to the national standard and Calibration cost.
5. This equipment suggest to apply the power distribution of three-phase five-wire system, single piece electric wire apply the copper wire with the wire diameter not lower than 50mm2 , the capacity of the pt power transformer is not less than 100kVA, the distance from the transformer to the Concrete Batch building is not more than 100m, otherwise need to thicken the wire diameter.
