FTM VSI Crusher/Sand Maker/Sand Crusher

•

Along with the improvement of scientific technology, artificial aggregates are more and more used in water conservancy and hydropower industries. The VSI crusher has been recognized as the most important machine for making artificial sand aggregates. It is an important problem to select the production way of sand crusher.

Working way of VSI crusher can be classified into closed-circuit production and open-circuit production. For each one of them, there are subdivisions. At present, most VSI crushers adopt the closed-circuit production. Materials used for closed circulation include two parts: 5-40mm sand materials and 2.5-5mm fine sand.

According to the results of sand-making experiments, sand-production rate is relatively low and energy consumption is quite high when it refers to the closed-circuit production. We find out there are two reasons. After the primary crushing, coarse stones gradually become round and solid.

A lot of kinetic energy is required when further crushing the materials with size from 2.5mm to 5mm.Therefore, it is better to adopt the open way for making artificial sand.VSI crusher, featured in the high working efficiency, strong working capacity and long service life, is always used for tertiary crushing.

It is used for making artificial sand. Morality oriented, people will be honest; quality rooted, product will be excellent. As a supplier of VSI crusher in China, FTM Crusher Company sincerely welcomes you to come for site visit and inspection. Leave your demands on our website to get more details!
