Stainless steel pipe welding machine
Description
Pipe welding machine is mainly used to weld round, square and rectangular pipes. It uses roll forming to process steel strip into various shapes. It can produce shape steel of various diameters and sizes by high frequency induction heating and welds seam squeezing. As a professional manufacturer, our Maxtube-bg 40 stainless steel welded pipe mill is designed to produce pipes/tubes of Φ25.4mm-Φ50.8mm and thickness range between 0.8mm-2.0mm.
Manufacturing Process
Manufacturing process of welded pipe mill is composed of uncoiling, molding, welding, polishing, sizing, straightening and cutting, etc. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within proper range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.
