Φ10-38mm steel pipe production line
Description
Steel pipe production line is used to produce pipes and tubes on one continuous line with steel strip, which is slit by slitting line to match pipe and tube diameter. Using high frequency induction heating, it can produce section material of various diameters and sizes by squeezing weld seam together into closed shape. We are experienced in producing steel pipe production line in China, our diameter Φ10-38mm is specially designed to produce pipes with Φ10-Φ38mm and δ0.5-1.5mm (δ≤1.2mm).
Manufacturing Process
Manufacturing process of steel pipe production line is made of uncoiling, molding, welding, polishing, sizing, straightening and cutting, etc. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within proper range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.
