Description
Shearing and butt-welder, main assistant equipment in the welded pipe production line, is essential to increase production and improve quality. It is controlled by microcomputer and driven by hydraulic system, so as to weld metal sheet automatically by CO2 gas and achieve a spiral welding seam. Compared with other products at home and abroad, our shearing and butt-welder is endowed with simple structure, reliable working performance, continent operation and precise running, which can ensure continuous production.
Application
Our Shearing and butt-welder is designed to cut irregular part of the steel strip head and end and butt weld them, to ensure continuous production of the welded pipe production line.
