Galvanized Nestable Corrugated Steel Pipe
Nestable corrugated pipeis composed of two semicircle sections that are bolted together to form a round corrugated steel pipe. Compared withintegral corrugated pipes, this one has nestable structure, which means they can be nested into bundles for easier handling and transportation. Therefore, they are generally applied to remote projects or sites with bad construction condition.
Two types of nestable corrugated pipes are available in our company as shown in the following pictures:
Flange type
Riveting type
Flange type nestable corrugated pipe features protruding flange plates with pre-drilled holes for bolting two sections together using galvanized 10mm bolts and nuts. However, riveting type pipe don’t have flanges but have pre-drilled holes at both ends of each semicircular section for easy assembly. This design results in cost saving, especially labor saving. Both these two types of nestable corrugated pipes are galvanized for high durability and corrosion resistant under normal conditions.

Galvanized nestable corrugated steel pipes are easy to assemble just using bolting and nuts.
- Material:High quality steel such as Q235a, Q253b, S400, etc.
- Structure:Semicircular structure - flange type and riveting type.
- Pipe diameter:0.6m to 2.5m.
- Pipe thickness:1.6mm to 7.0mm.
- Pipe length:610mm or other custom length.
- Flange width:50mm.
- Wave size:
- 2-2/3” × 1/2” (68mm × 13mm);
- 3” × 1” (75mm × 25mm);
- 5” × 1” (125mm × 25mm);
- 6” × 2” (150mm × 50mm);
- 8” × 2-1/6” (200mm × 55mm).
- Anti-corrosion treatment:Hot dipped galvanized (600g/m2), asphalt or polymer coated upon request.
- Height of back-fill cover:0.5m to 37m.
- Applications:Storm sewers, culvert, agricultural irrigation, conveyor covers, cable protection, drains, casing, etc.
- Comprehensive designs and sizes are available based upon customer needs and site condition.
