Hydraulic climbing formwork system for massive concrete building construction
Construction of large volume concrete of hydraulic climbing mould mainly be used in hydro-electric projects, primarily water Dam spillway tunnel outside, inside, and other buildings, which mainly consists of bearing frame, template system, supports , and hydraulic systems. Templates strengthening are the main problems of large volume reinforcement concrete construction. General template does not achieve by using a symmetric reinforcement to tie rod. But, the type’s formwork we adopted is carried out through embedding uplift anchor to the top of the template in advance as well as fixing with the supports of template. Such template’s roots are film and stable to be more conducive to climb formwork.
