HQD is famous brand of electric spindle motor in China. HQD water cooled spindle motor series is widely used on cnc router machines from small cnc router like 6090 to big wood router like 2040 machine. Power range includes 1.5kw, 2.2kw, 3.2kw, 4.5kw, 5.5kw and more. Different with air cooled spindle, water cooled spindle is cooling by water circulating system. Water cooling has many advantages for spindle, first water cooling spindle have very small noise compared with air cooling one; second water cooling spindle can work continuously for more than 10 hours if we keep water temperature in proper status. Because this two points, water cooled spindle is prior to air cooling spindle on performance of carving works.
