Role of Sawdust Pellet Mill to Make Poker Fodder

Even though you do not adopt the modulating measures, machine blocking will still occur when you use the sawdust pellet mill to produce the poker fodder rich in whey powder, milk replacer and sucrose. For raw materials to make poker fodder, they are very strong in absorbing water and easy to be coked if being heated. For the coked materials, they are easy to block the die holes.

To produce the poker fodder, you should take the way of low-temperature and high-speed into the use of sawdust pellet mill. In detail, temperature of materials should be controlled at about 65℃ to 75℃ during the modulating process. What’s more, pelletizing speed of saw dust pellet mill should be accelerated.

If the addition of steam is not appropriate, blocking problem of sawdust pellet mill will be easy to occur due to the high water content in modulated materials.To solve the blocking problem of saw dust pellet machine, you should open the lid of modulator first and then discharge the condensate water from the modulator.

To dilute the condensate water, you should open the tempered dragon and discharge appropriate materials. Working process of sawdust pellet machine can begin as long as materials are wet by steam. If steam is too much while material is too little,blocking problem of sawdust pellet machinewill be easy to occur.
