Conical scoring saw blades: with alternate top bevel teeth shape, working with mainpanelsaw blade.
It is used to cut ahead of the main blade , underside the woodand melamine, laminates boardsto prevent chipout, as the main blade cuts through from above.
Double scoring blades: Assembled like a dado set with spacers in between, the spacers allow to adjust the kerf so that a few wider than the main blade. Also the arbor adjusts horizontally for alignment with the main panel saw, and vertically to adjust depth of scoring cut
Materials:Suitable for MDF, chipboard, melamine pre-scoring.
Saw machines:Sliding table saw, push saw, panel saw. Verticalpanel saw, etc.
