TPE CABLE

There are other benefits to TPE cable. For example, TPE cables consume less energy to produce, can be colored easily by most dyes, and allow economical quality control. Also TPE wire requires little to no compounding at all. You need not add any reinforcing agents, stabilizers or cure systems. Because TPE wires can be molded, extruded and reused like plastics, they have the potential to be recyclable.
TPE as a kind of thermoplastic insulation, which will melt when exposed to high temperature. And when this occurs, the possibility of a fire is very likely, which is very dangerous. Another disadvantage is general TPE wire is not fire resistant. VW-1 Standard TPE wire can be customized. But the price is double compared to general TPE wire.
TPE Wire more easily accumulates dirt which can make cleaning difficult compared to other electrical cables.
