OLTC transformers regulate the system voltage while the transformer is under energy. They regulate the low and high voltage so they prevent the negative effects of voltage variation.
OLTC transformers do not require maintenance for long time by using online oilPurifier .
Series FYZ OLTC (On Load Tap Changer) is mainly used in the bypass circulation filtering system of OLTC. It can timely filter the oil while the transformer operates normally, or it can automatically filter the oil after switching of the OLTC. This equipment can efficiently remove the impurities, dissociated free carbon, water and oxides to ensure the quality of oil, thus it can guarantee the oil’s insulation, increase the switching times, postpone the repairing period, decrease the power cut off times, ensure the voltage’s quality and improve the safety and reliability of the OLTC.
Series FYZis usually installed near the OLTC permanently (the hanging installation or fixed installation beside) as a special equipment. There are many kinds of models with different flow ratse and accessories with different functions for choices according to client’s actual need.

The features of
- Work online with on-load working transformer or high voltage switch.
- High quality filters remove the particles & impurities effectively.
- All-weather Structure Case, Made of Stainless steel.
- Standard control box,made of Stainless steel.
- Remote Monitoring System (RMS) installed: Displaying the filter’s status and machine operationstatus.
- Positive and negative direction control of the motor, protection of over-load of motor start and phase-lacking.
- Humidity relay, 50%-100% adjustable.
- Automatically run this machine once after the operation of OLTC, the operation time can be set according to requirement from 0-99 hours, but it is usually set as 30 minutes. Another way is to proceed the filtration works every day at the fixed time lasting two hours. The two ways can be chosen accordingly.
