The wings and the working surfaces of the rolls are put on with wearable hard alloy by built-up welding method. The internal surfaces of the mixing chamber and the working surfaces of the pressing ram device are all treated with hard chrome plating, which is durable and corrosion proof and has a longer life of service.The cooling of the rotors, the mixing chamber and the pressing ram device adopts a circulated-channel structure to realize the circulation of the heat transmission medium. According to processing requirements, the mixing materials may be heated with hot steam or cooled with cold water.The rotors are supported by rolling bearings, so the maintenance work is convenient and the service life is long.The transmission system adopts hardened-gear speed reducer, which has a compacted structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.The pressing ram device may press onto the materials through air cylinder or oil cylinder to force the materials mixed evenly to increase productive efficiency.The client may choose according to the processing requirement a conventional electric apparatus or a PLC programming controller as its electric controlling system.Charging is performed at the back, while discharging is done by tilting the mixing chamber with hydraulic drive. The movement is steady and reliable. It is easy to clean up the stock and convenient to change colors.Application:The machine is applicable for plasticating and mixing of rubber and plastics，as well as other sticky materials.
