Internal Grinding Abrasives
E-Grind Vitrified CBN internal grinding wheels are widely used for grooving of vane pump rotors and synchromesh ball joints etc, as well as for forming injection parts.
The CBN physical properties (hardness, abrasion, and high-temperature resistance ) in connection with vitrified bond properties (hardness, brittleness, porosity structure) allow to machine a workpiece more aggressively with a great capacity and to achieve high grinding productivity.
Applications of Internal Grinding Wheel
For grooving of Camshaft, crankshaft, injection needle, turbo parts, compressor parts, bearing, bearing, ball joints, motor parts, rocker arm, and so on.
